- App

Privacy Policy
MeoGomoku (the iOS app “MeoGomoku” and the web version) · Effective: October 24, 2026
MeoGomoku requires no sign-up or login. It does not collect your name, email, phone number, location, contacts, photos or any other personal information. It shows no ads and contains no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking components.
Data sent to our server
Only when you play “vs. AI” does the app send the following to our server (lab.tianshu.xyz) to compute the computer's next move:
- the moves of the current game, the chosen rule set and difficulty;
- the app version;
- a random identifier generated by the app. It is not linked to your identity, Apple Account or device hardware. It is used only to protect the server from excessive requests (rate limiting), is kept briefly in server memory and is never written to a database.
The server keeps only aggregate counts (for example, how many computer moves were made per hour). It does not store game contents or the identifier. Like any website, the server's access logs record the IP address and time of requests; they are used only for security and troubleshooting and are deleted regularly.
Data kept only on your device
Settings such as rule set, mode, difficulty, language and sound are stored only on your device and are never uploaded. Deleting the app removes them.
Children's privacy
The game is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If future features (such as online play or ads) change how data is used, this page will be updated first, with a new effective date.
